The Tourism Development Strategy for Jurmala 2007-2018 has emerged on request of Jurmala City Council and has been developed by „DEA Baltika” Ltd experts in cooperation with Jurmala City Council experts, enterpreneurs of Jurmala, representatives of non-state organisations and state institutions.
